What is needed for this BB to work!

In order for this format to be effective, useful and to be used; someone will need to notify the SBCEPR Yahoo user group.
This can be done by a very simple email notice. The notice can be done by whomever posts something in this bulletin board, or can be done once every 2 weeks (or so) and might provide a short message of what's new or significant.
In my case (and, I suspect many other users), I will not normally access the bulletin board. I might look to it for information, but "out of sight, out of mind". We tried to do postings of information in the form of files on the Yahoo site, but I have not accessed that for years. I would save emails in my computer that I thought might have inoformation I would need to access sometime in the future and go to that list to find things like telephone numbers.
